Delivery Areas

HIBYK currently delivers to the following destinations:

United States:
The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or overseas military addresses.

European Union:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not currently deliver to Malta, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or other destinations outside the areas listed above.

Market-Specific Products

Products are sold for their designated market only.

U.S. products are available for delivery within our eligible U.S. delivery area. EU products are available for delivery within our eligible EU delivery area.

Specifications, prices, stock availability, chargers and warranty arrangements may differ between markets. Please select your delivery country before placing an order.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders, with no minimum purchase.

Any optional delivery service or additional charge will be disclosed before you place your order.

Free outbound shipping does not automatically include return shipping. Return costs are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing and delivery estimates depend on the product, supplier and destination. Applicable estimates will be provided on the product page, at checkout or otherwise before purchase.

Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive separately.

For U.S. orders, we will ship within the advertised period or, if no period is stated, within the timeframe required by applicable law. If shipment is delayed, we will provide the required notice and cancellation or refund options.

For EU orders, we will deliver within the agreed period or, where no other period is agreed, within the applicable statutory timeframe, generally 30 days.

A warehouse or administrative address does not necessarily indicate the physical dispatch origin of every product.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to display its first update.

Contact us if tracking stops updating, an agreed delivery date is missed, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located.

A delivery scan does not automatically remove any rights you have concerning missing or incorrectly delivered goods.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address before submitting your order.

Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or request cancellation. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered dispatch, without affecting any applicable statutory cancellation right.

Any lawful cost associated with a requested redelivery will be explained before arrangements are made.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate but does not shorten your statutory rights.

Do not ride, charge or ship a visibly damaged battery. Contact us for safe handling instructions.

Taxes and Import Charges

Applicable taxes and any unavoidable charges payable by you must be disclosed before purchase.

Free shipping does not mean that undisclosed import charges may be added after purchase.
